Why
do I need a Hetas certificate ?
There is now a need to have any solid fuel installation
checked and approved by a
Hetas registered engineer. If
all the work is satisfactory then they will issue a
Hetas
certificate that then is included in your home pack should you wish
to sell the property at some stage.
